Ha! When I went to Morocco the new thing is to switch between Arabic, French AND English. Before it was Arabic and French. (There are reasons for this. Sometimes it has to do w/who you’re around and what their status is. For me it’s because I didn’t have the vocabulary in one of the languages so I switched to the other. This is known as code switching. I wanted to do a paper on this, but it didn’t happen b/c for various reasons.
